PicTranslate (the "Service") is an AI-powered image translation and OCR service. Users can upload images for text recognition, multi-language translation, and re-rendered output that preserves the original layout. The Service offers a free trial allowance plus paid subscription plans. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 You must register an account to access full features. Provide accurate personal information at signup. 2.2 You are responsible for keeping your password and credentials secure. We are not liable for issues arising from your own negligence. 2.3 If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

When using the Service, you agree not to: • Upload images containing illegal content, IP infringement, pornography, violence, or hate speech; • Attempt to bypass technical protections or access controls; • Use the Service for activities that violate local laws or regulations; • Conduct automated attacks, scraping, or API abuse against the Service; • Use translation outputs for misleading or fraudulent purposes.

4.1 Uploaded image content remains owned by you or its original copyright holder. We claim no ownership over user content. 4.2 Our software, UI design, brand assets, and translation technology are protected by IP law. No copying, modification, or commercial use without written permission. 4.3 You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploads and provide the translation service.

5.1 New users receive free trial credits. After they're used, you'll need to purchase more credits or upgrade your subscription to continue. 5.2 All payments are charged immediately. Refunds are generally not provided after purchase; for exceptional cases, contact support. 5.3 Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime in account settings; you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

6.1 We strive to maintain stable service but are not liable for outages caused by server failures, network issues, or force majeure. 6.2 Translations are AI-generated and provided as-is. We make no express or implied warranty of accuracy; users must verify critical content. 6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
