How batch translation works
Up to 20 images per job, processed in parallel, packaged as a single ZIP. Built for cross-border e-commerce teams and scanlation groups.
Steps
- 1
Open the batch page
Go to pictranslate.ai/batch-image-translator. A Pro or Max subscription is required.
- 2
Upload up to 20 images
Drag a folder or select multiple files. Mixed formats are fine.
- 3
Set shared translation settings
Source / target language, mode and model apply to every image in the batch. For consistency, also enable Custom AI Prompts to lock terminology.
- 4
Wait and download the ZIP
Processing happens in parallel — typically 30 seconds for 20 images. Filenames in the ZIP match the originals.
Best practices
- Group images by language pair when possible — fewer per-job switches means more consistent terminology.
- For an entire product line, use Custom AI Prompts to keep brand names and SKU codes untranslated.
- Spot-check the first batch result before processing the whole catalog. Adjust mode/model based on what you see.
